Dr. Cleary is an Associate Professor at the Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (ACPHS) in the Department of Pharmacy Practice.  Her current practice site is the Saratoga Hospital Community Health Center in Saratoga Springs, NY where she practices as part of an interdisciplinary primary care team.  Dr. Cleary serves as a clinical pharmacy specialist in primary care with a focus in pain management and addiction.  She precepts students, residents and is also the PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Practice Residency Program Director.  

While her clinical interests focus on pain and opioid stewardship, Dr. Cleary is also a strong advocate for the pharmacy profession.  In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Cleary serves as the clinical director of naloxone distribution for the college and was recently named to the inaugural BPS Pain Management Pharmacy Specialty Council.
