Pharmacists for Digital Health is the first student group affiliated with CPPI — and the first in the nation — focused on equipping pharmacy students with the digital skills they need to enter the ever-changing job market.
VCU School of Pharmacy student group Pharmacists for Digital Health, the first and only pharmacy digital health student group in the country, celebrated their first year of growth with a digital health showcase on Tuesday.
The digital divide is cutting many people off from health care. A group of Virginia Commonwealth University pharmacy students aims to bridge that gap.
“We’re trying to help and make an impact,” said Emily Ko, a first-year Pharm.D. student at the VCU School of Pharmacy and co-founder of the student group Pharmacists for Digital Health.
