Jonathan Hughes, Pharm.D. is the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Manager at Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners, where he leads and practices within a large, integrated primary care and specialty ambulatory care network. He oversees a team of 13 pharmacists and 7 pharmacy technicians delivering comprehensive medication management, chronic disease care, and pharmacist-led clinical services supported by collaborative practice agreements and advanced billing models. Dr. Hughes serves in multiple leadership roles with the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP), including within the Ambulatory Care PRN, and is a contributing author and workgroup leader for national scholarship on pharmacist payment parity and clinical services billing. He is also a PGY-2 Ambulatory Care Residency Program Director and regularly mentors residents, students, and early-career pharmacists.  In addition to his professional work, Jonathan is actively involved in community leadership through Trail Life USA, where he serves as a Troop Ministry Liaison and adult leader focused on mentoring young men.  He is a proud husband, father of four, amateur woodworker, and outdoor enthusiast.
